Counselling, coaching and nutrition sessions are held via remote video conferencing only. (Video sessions will appear in Pacific Time when booking). Face coverings are required for in-clinic appointments. Following the guidelines of Worksafe, our Provincial Health Officer and Regulatory Colleges, we have made changes to our physical space, including removing extra seating and non-essential items in our waiting area and placing physical distance markers on the floor. Commonly touched surfaces are disinfected frequently and all patient treatment rooms are disinfected between each patient with hospital grade disinfectant. We have implemented new protocols to maintain physical distancing. A maximum of three patients will be in the clinic at any one time and extra time between patients will allow you to exit before the next person arrives. You will be provided with further instruction prior to your appointment and we need your help in following the new guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety. Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms, even mild, of fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing; have been in close contact with a person(s) with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; are required to isolate or have travelled outside BC within the past 14 days. The late cancellation fee will be waived for COVID-19 related reasons. COVID-19 is contagious and even with precautions, it is not possible to completely eliminate the risk of transmission of the novel Coronavirus/COVID-19. People who may be at greatest risk are those over 65 years of age and those with compromised immune systems.
